中交三航（南通）海洋工程有限公司注冊成立于2019年4月,是中交第三航務工程局全資子公司。公司以建設“國內領先”的智能化、信息化、自動化工廠為發展目標，以海洋鋼結構產品和建筑工業化產品為主營業務。

CCCC Third Harbor (Nantong) Marine Engineering Co., Ltd. was incorporated in April 2019, is the third aviation engineering bureau of China Communications wholly-owned sub-company. Company to build a "domestic leading" intelligent, information technology, automation plant for the development of the goal, to marine steel structure products and construction industrial products as the main business.  

中交三航（南通）海洋工程有限公司現設江蘇啟東和上海高橋兩個生產基地。啟東基地位于江蘇省南通市啟東市海工船舶工業園，廠區占地34.38公頃，瀕臨長江出?？诒眰?，岸線500米，碼頭長度450米。距崇啟大橋約13公里，與上海隔江相望，距浦東直線距離僅50多公里，海運條件十分便捷，地理位置極其優越。啟東基地主要以海洋鋼結構為主，主要產品有風電單樁、導管架、群樁、測風塔、復合筒、套籠等。公司現有各類生產設備約400臺，其中180×3200的數控水平下調式三輥卷板機最大卷板厚度為180㎜×?4m，最大卷板寬度為3200㎜，最大卷制能力為（預彎，卷制，回圓）120㎜×3.2m×360MPa×?4m。公司海上風電單樁設計產能為12萬噸/年，生產最大管徑10米、長度100米、最大單樁制作噸位1800噸。

CCCC Third Harbor (Nantong) Marine Engineering Co., Ltd. now has two bases in Jiangsu Qidong and Shanghai Gaoqiao. Qidong  Production Base is located in Nantong City, Jiangsu Province, Qidong City, the factory covers an area of 34.38 hectares, beside the Yangtze river estuary north side, the shore line 500 meters, the length of the pier 450 meters. About 13 kilometers from Chongqi Bridge, across the river from Shanghai, just over 50 kilometers from Pudong straight line distance, sea conditions are very convenient, the location is extremely advantageous. Qidong base mainly to marine steel structure, the main products are wind power single pile, pipe rack, pile, wind tower, composite barrel, cage and so on. The Qidong Production Base's existing production equipment of about 400 units, Of these, 180×3200 CNC horizontal downward three-roll coiler has a maximum roll thickness of 180mm×?4m,a maximumcoil width of 3200mm, a maximum roll capacity of 120 mm(pre-bending, rolling, rounding)120mm×3.2m×360MPa ×?4m. Company offshore wind power single pile design capacity of 120,000 tons/year, the production of the maximum pipe diameter of 10 meters, length of 100 meters, the largest single pile production tonnage of 1800 tons.

高橋基地前身成立于1958年，是一家長期從事混凝土預制構件的老廠。位于上海黃浦江東岸，地處黃浦江與高橋港交匯處，東塘路776號、684號兩個地塊總占地18萬平方米，擁有水岸線300余米，專用碼頭2座，各類大型生產設備300余臺，混凝土年產能12萬方。高橋基地鑒證了我國預制產業的繁榮與發展，其主要產品有PHC管樁，地鐵管片，鋼彈簧浮置板，水運工程構件，市政工程構件，房建PC構件等等。高橋基地的混凝土預制構件遠銷海內外。

Gaoqiao Production Base was founded in 1958, is a long-term engaged in precast concrete components of the old factory. Located on the east bank of the Huangpu River in Shanghai, located at the intersection of Huangpu River and Gaoqiao Port. No.776 &684 Dongtang Rd two plots cover a total area of 180,000 square meters, with more than 300 meters of waterline, 2 dedicated terminals, all kinds of large-scale production equipment more than 300 units, the annual concrete production capacity of 120,000 square. Gaoqiao base witnessed the prosperity and development of China's precast industry, its main products are PHC pipe piles, subway pipe plates, steel spring floating plate, water transport engineering components, municipal engineering components, housing construction PC components and so on. The precast concrete components of Gaoqiao Production Base are exported to domestic and abroad.
